Caught a staff member lying through her teeth today. They made me sign a new package just before the price increase and did not mention that the price was increasing. I asked them if the price had increased today, and the staff member (she's a bit on the fatter side, doesn't look very old, quite tall—didn't catch her name) told me she had worked here for 2 years and that this had always been the price. However, I checked the picture I took of the old card compared to now, and there was a $3 difference. I don't appreciate being lied to.

Don’t fall for their gimmicks. They pull you into the shop and negotiate to the price you're willing to pay. Whereas the previous stall I went to just asked for $35, including nail art, they wanted me to pay an extra $15 for it. And the nail art I wanted was just glitter on the big toe, that's it. But they still insisted on charging an extra $15. In the end, I managed to convince them to just put glitter on the big toe. You should just stick to your regulars if you have them.

I've attached two photos regarding their claim that the design was not any different. The nails with yellow patches (gold shimmer with ombré) were what they did. The clear ombré with gold glitter without any yellow patches was the design I provided to them. Problem: They were unable to produce the design I requested via photo, which required me to amend the design. I informed them of the new design I wanted. They then proceeded to remove my current set first, without advising that the new design would be chargeable. In addition, I’ve been a regular customer, renewing my membership more than once at $300 each time. However, my discount was only 15%, while they offered a $200 membership for new customers with a 25% discount. This shows inconsistent pricing and an integrity issue. Unethical action: After removing my current set of nails, they then advised the total price that would be charged to re-do my new design. They also initially refused to do any design. After making the mistake and refusing to acknowledge or apologize for it, they insisted on charging the full suite of costs: express mani $18 + design add-on $55 + $10 hard gel. Poor attitude: Instead of resolving customer dissatisfaction, they raised their voice at me and were rude when I told them that the price was unacceptable and should not be charged. They insisted they were not wrong in not advising on the cost required for the new design and that I should have asked for the pricing before requesting to change the incorrectly done design. Recommended: I highly advise not to visit, as their inconsistent pricing seems designed to rip off people, and they are always hard-selling their packages with minimal discounts. There are many other available nail parlors on the same level for you to choose from.

They do such a good job with my nails. I also have an injured toe, and they were very kind to advise against a pedicure to let it heal faster. They are very clean and systematic, and can communicate in English and Mandarin for better understanding. They also do pedi mani for men. I would recommend anyone to go!

Customer since 2018 or earlier. Prices are among the cheapest around, and a package offers 27% off the listed price in the shop. A classic gel mani-pedi is $58, and an express gel mani is $18, all before discount. Quality is also pretty good. The staff are friendly and fast. I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment, as they have many regulars and are usually packed, especially since the pandemic. Members enjoy a free extra color and no surcharge for festive periods (occasionally). Highly recommend! The package can be shared.

Had a lovely session with the therapist Mia. I only came here for a gel soak-off, which was just $8, but she didn't hard-sell me at all. She only shared that if I were keen, I could consider joining their $200 membership, which includes free soak-offs and 25% off per treatment. Her work was detailed, and she took the effort to shape my nails carefully. I loved it. I will come back to try their other services as they're reasonably priced. For the prices you pay, I think simple nail painting is quite worth it. Recommended!

I have been a member at Biena Nail for years now. The service provided is excellent, and the price is reasonable too. It’s even cheaper in the long term if you join a membership (with no expiry date). Special shout out to my regular manicurist Mia, who constantly provides excellent service whenever I’m there and is very responsive to my appointment bookings. Other girls are great too, like Alice, Lea, and Kimi, who are always helpful with my pedicures whenever available. The best part I like about it here is that they don’t hard sell at all, but it’s still their duty to explain the packages to their customers. This place is clean and comfortable. The pillows and furniture are changed almost every year to ensure the comfort of their customers. Also, a very wide selection of colours is available; they definitely keep up with the trends like cat eye and chrome powder. Highly recommended. The girls deserve a raise. 👏🏻💰❤️ P.S.
