HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've come here so many times and got treated kindly, but this time around, this woman in the photo heard my order wrongly and proceeded to scold me and shout at me, “IT'S YOUR FAULT!” She didn’t even give me my receipt when I ordered face-to-face and said, “That's why I always repeat your order,” but still didn't give me my receipt and continually shouted at me, “It's your fault!” Even when another customer came to order on the machine, she was still shouting at me. I’m never coming back again. So disappointed with their service; if I could give 0 stars, I would.

First time buying from here, and I was honestly disappointed with the service. We ordered four crepes, and none of the crepes were done properly. For example, we ordered Nutella cheese Oreo, but the cheese was missing; we ordered Nutella banana cheese, but Nutella was missing; and our other two crepes were not crispy.
There were a lot of customers waiting for their order as well. Instead of making an effort to prepare the crepes, the staff were talking non-stop throughout. This also raises a hygiene concern, especially since they were close to the food with no masks worn and talking non-stop. I understand that F&B is not easy, but I really couldn't see any effort from the staff's behaviour, and I believe other customers were annoyed as well, as the waiting time was very long.
Initially, there were only two staff members. However, two other friends came by, and the staff asked them to come in to work and clocked in. I'm not sure if management actually allows this. Instead of improving service, it just got even worse, as they had even more things to talk about rather than focusing on making the crepes.

Personally, I think the crepes are quite average tasting, and some crepes on the menu are overpriced. Popular among teenagers, expect waiting times during peak periods. Business seems good, but customer service could be improved.

The three boys in the picture keep playing around and joking with each other. The one wearing an Emirates shirt kept flipping the crepe, and it got a hole. Not serious at all. Management, do something! There is a long queue of customers waiting for their orders. After waiting so long, the one wearing an Emirates shirt called out the number rudely.
I ordered Nana Deluxe, which contains Nutella, banana, and cheese. The one wearing the Emirates shirt did not put Nutella in it 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. At first, he wasn't working but passed by, and the two other guys called him to work. Not only was it missing Nutella, but it was also not crispy. What is this? Here to work or play?

"Great and deliciously addictive. It smells so nice, and I really enjoy the taste. We ordered choco nana and seaweed chicken, and both tasted delicious. Staff are friendly too; they even recommended their best seller."

Tried Ned’s Crepe at Bugis and it did not disappoint. The crepes were freshly made, with generous fillings and a great balance of flavors — not too sweet, just right.
The staff were friendly and cheerful, and service was quick even though the stall was quite busy. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
Highly recommend giving it a try.

The best Soft Type crepe shop (they provide both). I simply prefer Soft Type to Crispy Type. Happy to have found Ned's crepe.

I was introduced to this place by my niece. The first time, I was served by this fine young man. And to my surprise, the crepe was so delicious and perfectly done. In order to stop my craving, I went back to get a second order. And this young man even called out the order in such a pleasant, fun way, which really entertained me and made me happy. He gave such great service and really did his job well. Because of that, I was hooked on this crepe! And whenever my family or friends go to Bugis, they will get at least two crepes for me. Today, I decided to drop by myself to get one. Luckily, I was served by him again and decided to snap a pic of him too. Thank you for your great service and thumbs up for your great work! I do hope more people will come and support this shop.

The fragrant smell of the crepes could be smelled from many shops away, which helped me find the place, as I always had trouble finding it.
I have come here a few times over a few years. I ordered a soft crepe this time; it was ready very fast and was not warm at all (I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this, as I ordered crispy crepes on other occasions). The soft crepe would taste nicer if it was slightly warm.
I was served by two ladies when I came before closing time, and the service was fine this time.

I got one soft, chewy crepe (Very Berry) and one crispy crepe (Choco Nana) with an 80-cent added rainbow rice topping. The price point is pretty average for the town area, and for just $1, you can get a small cup of iced peach tea, which is affordable.
The service staff was alright, though one staff member forgot my topping. It was no issue; I noticed it and went back for my rainbow rice.
I loved the crepe; it was super delicious. I will definitely come back for more!

Love their Crispy Crepes. Every crepe is made to order. Ordered their Chocolate and Peanut butter crepe. Sinfully good. Just get their Crispy Crepe; the soft one is not as good. It has been there for a long time. Hidden on the 2nd floor of Bugis Street. Follow the smell and you will reach it. Not cheap but worth a try.

1. Whippy - Nutella sauce, Oreo crunch, add on strawberries: Sweet, creamy, a little tangy, and very satisfying. Perfect for a casual dessert or a treat-yourself moment. If you’re a fan of all things chocolatey and fruity, this combo won’t disappoint.

I’ve been a regular customer of Ned’s Crepe for many years. I just want to say thank you, especially to the Filipina staff who has been working there for a long time. I’ve seen her since my kids were small, and she’s still there, always kind and hardworking.
She makes the crepe really well—always delicious and nicely done. I really enjoy the crepe even more when she’s the one who makes it.
Thank you for the good food and great service. I will always come back!
