Terrible service. They rushed for new customers and didn't do my classic pedicure right because it was too fast. People working there are very rude. The spa has many cockroaches on the sofas.

The manicurist’s skill is good, but they kept chatting with colleagues and dragged out my time. While chatting and working is okay, they stopped for a while just to chat. This wasted another 20 minutes of my time.

My first time trying nails, and it was a scam. I ended up paying $83 for an ugly design, and I had to find another place to remove and change my nails. The staff there was unfriendly. I strongly recommend y'all not go to this shop. Don't waste your time and money here, please.

I went for their classic gel manicure and pedicure. For my manicure, it turned out translucent and patchy on all my nails; the applications weren't even at all. They told me it was because the nail polish was "jelly," but that's not how it looked on the sample nail, which appeared opaque/solid. FYI, jelly nail polishes don't look patchy. They refused to add an additional layer upon my discovery.
For my pedicure, I told them I wanted my nails to be cut. Only when it was completed did I realize they had not cut them, which was totally unacceptable as it would hurt once my nails grew longer. They also refused to fix or redo it. Go at your own risk.

I've been going to this place for close to a year. The first few experiences were great, and the price was very reasonable. But after my recent few trips, it wasn't as pleasant anymore. They increased the price out of nowhere and further increased it every time I was halfway through my nails, without warning. They also charged me for services they never charged for before. The staff was also very rude and did not accommodate me. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT.

Her name is Linda.
She couldn't do the procedure I wanted, and I was very offended. I asked her again, but she responded very unkindly, saying things I didn't understand. In the end, I paid, and she laughed mockingly at me and said something I couldn't understand. I chased her, and then she turned her back to the CCTV and cursed at me (with a hand gesture). I was angry and cursed at her. She shouldn't be paid to provide services. She does not have a basic service mindset. I want to know how she is allowed to provide services here (she must have come to Singapore on a working visa).
I received unfair service even though I paid for it, and I don't think it qualifies as a service.
I wasted my time and money and suffered emotional distress.
That woman is providing ridiculous service.
It doesn't make sense for a woman like that to be providing this service.

I just went there and had by far the worst experience a client could have.
* Very aggressive in removing my previous nails and filing my nails.
* Super rude; the lady was laughing and badmouthing my friend and I in Vietnamese. They didn't know I understood them.
* Extremely impatient; I was deciding for 5 seconds, and she said, "Can this chic decide already? Stop asking her friend. I have things to do."
* Always pausing her work to persuade more customers to enter.
* At the end, she wanted me to model, but my finger couldn't bend the way she wanted. She got mad and threw a prop on the table.
In general, she and her colleagues had so many bad remarks to say to me and kept cursing in Vietnamese. I don't recommend coming to this place; there are better salons out there that are as skilled as them. Overall, good work on the nails, but there's a long way to go in working on their customer service.

Here's the edited review:
My friend and I went for a quick mani. I chose a bright purple color. However, the lady who did my nails was clearly rushing so she could eat her lunch — she was even the one who had asked us to come in. In the end, the color came out so translucent and light compared to what I chose that you could even see the white part of my nail. She also didn't apply the serum at the end, as the other manicurist did for my friend. I had to ask her about it after she said she was finished. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, as my friend's manicure turned out quite well. I just think that service and attitude depend on the manicurist you get, and that shouldn't be the case.

I was the first customer of the day. The staff were friendly and showed me many colors to choose from. I felt relaxed and comfortable, and enjoyed the manicure service. I will visit again.

"Had a great experience with Yao, who did my nails beautifully. She was very attentive, especially while shaping my nails."

Staff were extremely kind and friendly. They were meticulous throughout and very accommodating to any requests I had. The only downside to the place is that it is small, only accommodating two (due to COVID-19), so there might be a bit of a wait if you're unlucky. Other than that, it is a lovely establishment with great manicurists!

My go-to place for nails because they deliver on the good price I'm paying. But for the past two times I went, I was attended by some unfriendly manicurists. I don't know their names, and they weren't exactly gentle. Still, they got the job done.

Good service by Fiona. I had my nails shaped and nail art done. She was very kind. I paid a decent amount, and it wasn't very expensive.

Good experience. I don’t know the name of the nail technician, but she was especially attentive while drawing the cute bunny on my nails.

Great experience here with Cindy! She did such an amazing job with my nails and listened attentively to what I wanted. She made sure that I was happy with my nails throughout the entire process and always asked before proceeding with anything. She was also super quick and efficient, which I greatly appreciated.
