This was my third time, but I will NOT come back again because of my bad experience today.
I can’t remember her name, but she has green-dyed hair. When she was removing my cuticle, my skin bled, quite a lot. The problem is, she didn’t tell me that I was bleeding until I noticed. She apologized to me after I noticed the bleeding and just told me this is because my skin is thin. And even though I was worried about quite a lot of bleeding, she just said 'okay, okay,' that it was just a small bleed, even though my blood was flowing over my nail. As she finished my nails, she just asked me how to pay and said ‘thank you’ without looking at me. I still have pain, and it is swollen now.
Please keep in mind, this is her fault and not my fault. You should apologize to the customer first, not blame the customer. The main reason why I am upset is her attitude, not the bleeding.

I've been here at least 5 times, and I would say the unit further inside is better. I would not visit the unit near the “bridge” again. For my toes, the lady cut my nails very short and dug into my flesh, which was painful. They also don't let you choose more than three colors to sample and don't provide this information upfront, only revealing it after you've tried three colors. If you want to try any more, it costs $2 per color, and they seem very unhappy about it, which makes the whole situation very stressful as they pressure you to make a decision quickly. Vivian also paints my nails very far from my cuticle. Just a few days in, it looks like my nails already had over a week's worth of growth. Do check your nails properly before you leave, because they tend to rush and overlook details like smudges. I personally let it slide a few times, but I won't be back again. Edit: The polish on three nails lifted and chipped off. 🫠

Terrible. Not sure who did my nails, but she was obviously new or low ranking. Acted confused most of the time, yet did not say anything. No one was monitoring her either. She also did not follow safe nail removal practices, and now my natural nails are breaking for the first time. It hurt terribly too. My nails have never been worse. Come here if you want to ruin your nails for life.

I went for the first time in June, and Lisa did my nails. I felt it was okay, so I went back a second time with my niece. Vivian did my niece's nails, and again, I got Lisa. It was pure rubbish! Vivian told my niece she needed to remove her cuticles in order for her $100 nail art to last. It lasted less than two weeks, and the nails were all uneven! And mine was worse. It lasted 1 week, and it was done by Lisa! My nails also contracted fungus! Horrible and unhygienic place! Won't patronize again! Go at your own risk! And both of us spent $200++!

Went to the shop to have my lash extensions removed as I was alarmed by the number of natural lashes that came off with the false lashes. False lashes were clustered due to the sticky glue. As she tried to remove the lashes, I felt a tingling sensation in my eyes. I fanned my eyes using my hand. Since I was closing my eyes, I didn't know what she was up to. SHE DROPPED THE PORTABLE FAN ON MY NOSE BRIDGE! And YES, I GOT A CUT ON MY NOSE BRIDGE! She applied ointment which I am not familiar with. Who knows if that ointment had something in it that I might be allergic to?? So I wiped it off myself, and told her that I would go and see a doctor. She insisted I shouldn't, as it would heal in 3 days. I told her that she must put her client’s safety first.

Really very disappointed.
I was introduced by my sister, who had tried their manicure before.
See my photos to see how uneven they are.
My right hand was done first, and I checked it was fine. Then she did my left hand.
I was so shocked to see how ridiculous it was once it was completed.
I really don't know if my expectation is too high, expecting the manicurist to actually roughly assess and manage the length for both hands.
I have a wedding dinner soon and will be traveling. Now I have to do an extension, or I have no idea if I can live with it until it grows.
Hopeless.

I used to patronise this shop, but my recent encounter left me with a very bad impression. Firstly, the lady who was assisting me gave me attitude when I moved my hands to adjust my phone. My phone was initially leaning on the basket of nail polishes but was shifted when another staff member took the basket away. At this point, she had not applied the nail polish yet. She had only applied one layer of base coat. But I decided to give her a chance. She then later claimed I had to pay extra $5 for two colors. I didn't mind and paid, but I felt that she should have told me at the start, when I asked for two colors. She then kept “complaining” that my nails were very short. Umm, what could I do about that? What was her reason for repeating this? Anyway, I've decided not to patronise this shop anymore due to the bad service. To be honest, I wanted to walk out when she gave me attitude at the start, but decided to give her a chance. I'm usually very nice to service staff, but I felt she took advantage of it. Moreover, the quality was bad. My nails started to chip off within a week :(

Very unprofessional service! The staff was careless, causing my toe to bleed during the treatment. Instead of being gentle, they were rough, making the experience painful and uncomfortable. No proper apology or concern was shown. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you expect proper care and professionalism!

"I had my express manicure and pedicure done here. The staff were gentle, neat, and fast. The best part was that the prices were competitive, and there was no hard selling. The two girls who served me were understanding and flexible regarding my sensitivity. I usually walk into the least crowded outlet in this stretch. After this experience, I do have a favourite."

Second visit and I **cannot** say enough great things about this hidden little gem!! Every time I walk into this place everyone is so nice! Liisa provided such excellent attention to detail, friendly conversation, and fantastic professionalism. It is definitely my new **go-to** nail place!!!!

The salon has two locations: one near the bridge, and another a bit further away. I didn't reserve prior to visiting, but I think it's always better to reserve beforehand.
I went for a mani + pedi and some nail art with Alicia! No hard selling — I had thought all Bugis nail salons would hard sell, but there was definitely none during my visit. The price was very reasonable. Alicia was very gentle, and she checked on me whether the pedicure was hurting too much. I ended up talking with her throughout my session and even traded Instagram accounts with her (random, I know), only to find out that she's incredibly talented through her Instagram nail pictures. I would definitely return and hope that Alicia can do my nails again! Go find Alicia, y'all! 💕
Note: Soak-offs are cheap or even free if you're a returning customer.

My first walk-in visit, I had a classic mani and pedi. The place is quite bright and neat. I loved how the manicurists did my nails; they got the right length and shape. They are gentle but thorough. I will visit again!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 10 months with Sara. She’s super attentive, and my nails always look so nice. Their prices are competitive with other nail salons nearby. Please call them to make an appointment before visiting, as they are usually quite busy.

"Despite some negative reviews, I bumped into this shop as I was rushing for time, took the chance, and did gelish. Le le (not sure if I spelled correctly) was very good and friendly. She advised me to do the sticker with soft gel instead of nail art if I was rushing for time. I love the nails, and they were definitely more affordable than others. Will recommend!"
