With the current Labubu craze, my husband and I decided to visit the store to ask about the price of the Labubu figures displayed on the top shelf, as my daughter has recently taken an interest in them. Unfortunately, I encountered a rude staff member. Since I wasn’t familiar with the specific Labubu series and wanted to know more about the prices, I asked the sales associate for clarification. She, however, curtly asked which series I was referring to, explaining that different series have different prices. When I inquired about the blue mermaid Labubu, she responded in a condescending tone, saying in Chinese, "This is very expensive, almost $500," while giving me a judgmental look. If you lack the willingness to serve and address customer queries, you shouldn’t work in customer service. To the store owner, please review the CCTV footage if you wish. This incident occurred last Wednesday.

We chanced upon HLBC (sounds like a bank, haha) during the Takashimaya CNY fair. I was looking for love letters and tried theirs. It was so good! (I must say, almost everything tastes so good at their store, hahaha.) I was also surprised they had melt-in-the-mouth green bean cookies, which are very rare in Singapore! Their cookies are made with brown sugar and taste good. My family loves their crispy seaweed cod fish too. They are very sincere in their sampling, ensuring customers experience the true taste of their goodies before purchasing. I really appreciate the way they do business with high integrity. I will definitely be back once we finish all the goodies and recommend them to our friends! Thank you, Ivy and your team, for delivering such great and sincere service with your authentic goodies.
