This place seriously needs some sanitizing. 1. During the whole process, I never once saw them clean the basin for the foot soak for new walk-in customers. 2. They did not sterilize the tools and used the same tools for every customer there. Honestly, I feel very disturbed by the whole situation. 3. The lady who did my nails was the worst. She was extremely impatient, and my nails were done in a very rushed manner because they kept accepting more walk-ins. My nails ended up having uneven coloring and gel on the side of the nails. She didn't even manage to put the top coat on one of the fingers, and I had to tell another lady to help. After she saw another lady who came and helped, she was annoyed and asked what's the matter. I couldn't be bothered to explain to her, and she hurriedly told me to pay. I really regretted my choice to go there when there are so many other salons in the same area.

Really bad experience. During the visit, my friend asked for a quick fix for the nail design, but she didn't really fix it and just seemed to want her to pay quickly. The design she did was also not very nice. My friend even mentioned that it was really hard to remove the nail polish. After 6 days, my nails started to peel when they're supposed to last for at least 2 weeks. I thought the lady was really rough on my nails during the treatment, too. The lady was also really rude, like she was trying to chase me out of her shop. I was waiting for my friend and wanted to just stay seated, but she asked me to leave.

There are a lot of shops to choose from; go to another. The shop was unclean, and tools were not sanitized. I spotted three baby cockroaches while I was there and pointed it out to the manicurist, but she was casual about it. The manicurist soaked my feet for three minutes in low-level, cold water and started scrubbing. She barely got my dead skin off. I had to ask for warm water and help to scrub properly. My nails were filed unevenly, and the ends of my nails were not painted. I'm definitely not going back.

Even though manicurist Jessica is good, I am giving this a failing grade. Why? Even though I would always book, they would take 3 hours to finish. They would do my nails halfway and then do another customer's nails, then come back to me. And then they would proceed to do someone else's lashes again before continuing with my nails. Absolutely zero respect for people's time. This can be confirmed by other customers' reviews. Please be vigilant of potential false 5-star reviews as well! I always gave chance after chance, but it just got from bad to worse. This is the last time I am coming here, especially considering I am a frequent customer and have also introduced my friends to them. And the owner, Angela, had the audacity to lecture me when I told her to stop having four different people do my nails in one session! With four different people doing my nails, everyone files them differently, and my nails all ended up looking different. If you do not have the capacity to take in more customers, then don't! Instead, you just ask everyone to wait and wait and wait. This incident was the final straw and pushed me to write a bad review, as I do not believe in targeting small businesses.

Worst place to visit ever. The manicurist who did my nails was super rough, from hurting my fingers multiple times while removing my old design to causing the side of my finger to bleed while filing my nails. The best part is that when I yelped in pain, she laughed at my reaction. Even when she saw my finger bleeding, she didn't even ask if I was okay or offer anything to help me stop the bleeding. The whole time, she seemed like she was in a rush to quickly complete my nails because she even stopped with mine halfway to attend to random passersby who walked past the shop. Visit at your own risk. Never going back there ever.

Bad experience. Worst nail parlour I’ve visited. I went in, showing the colors I wanted. They said they had them. After filing, when it was time to apply the color, the color they picked was wrong. I asked for my color. After spending time searching, they apologized, saying they didn't have the color. I changed to one color instead. They applied a thick layer of gel color. I’ve done enough gel manicures to know that it was way too much; as a result, it overflowed. They redid it. Cured under UV, the gel still came off as it was too thick, and I had to tell them this. So, they painted over the unevenly cured nail. Then, after it was done, they had to file the sides of the nail again, causing the sides of the completed nail to be filed off. So, they had to touch up the color at the sides, causing it to look uneven. The shaping of the nail was way too thick. I could tell they weren't skilled enough. Lastly, the bottom sharp edges of the extension were not filed, causing them to be extra sharp. Now I have the risk of scratching myself, and it is quite painful. Do not come here for nails. Also, I said I wanted to do normal polish on my feet. Somehow, they automatically made it a classic pedicure and charged for it.

I walked in to get my express gel done. The manicurist rushed to paint my nails as there were two ladies who had booked appointments. As seen from the photos, it is bad. I won’t visit anymore. Even though they were serving customers, they kept approaching passersby.
