It is a never-ending black hole once you enter their package. 20% off sounds like a good deal, but... I could never end it. It is a lifetime commitment from the day you sign their first package. The only toxic relationship in my life. The only way to cut it off was to not go back. I had to forsake the balance of my package just to break up 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My mom visited this nail salon last month, and it was the worst experience ever. She was aggressively pushed to buy a package. I wasn’t there, but knowing my mom rarely spends much on nails or buys packages, I believe the hard selling was intense. The most disappointing part was the poor quality of their work. Her nails, done just a day before, completely peeled off – not just a small chip, but the entire polish lifted off like a child’s stick-on nail. I don't have a picture of the damaged nails because she was so upset she immediately went to another salon to get them redone. AVOID this place at all costs if you don’t want your nails falling apart in less than 24 hours, on top of enduring a hard-sell session!
