It was a great experience overall! I had my first manicure done here, and their service was very good. I showed them the picture of the design I wanted, and Dan Dan did my nails, replicating what I showed her 100%. I would come back again and would recommend Dan Dan.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKAGE. All 5-star reviews are bought with a free manicure session. It's a 100% hard sell. I've been buying packages from them for years – the deal was that all services were 20% off if we used the package credits. On my last intended appointment, they did not give me the 20% off because they said it exceeded what my package had left. But in fact, if they applied the 20%, my package would have been more than enough. I paid for the full, undiscounted service without being informed. I realised this only after paying and wanted a refund, but I was turned away. It isn't about the money, to be honest. It's about their business ethics.

Would love to give zero stars if possible. This nail place is such a scam. Do not ever buy a package from them! I was told the package ensured me 20% off all nail services I received there. But on the last transaction, when I finished up the package, I was told there would be no 20% off. This was because the “original price of the nails exceeds the amount left in the package.” The original price was $52, the price after a 20% discount was $41.6, and my package still had $43.2 left. So I could’ve gotten 20% off and still had some leftover in my package. But no, they decided that they would charge me full price. No explanation was given; I discovered it after looking at the records myself. They initially tried to hard sell, but I refused, and perhaps that’s why I got charged full price. Service was all right, and that’s why I came back. I would not have returned if I had known what a scam they were.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had!!! Attached are photos of how I left the salon: dirty hands and fingers, what appears to be hair trapped in the gel, an uneven and sloppy coating, and polish messily covering my cuticles. I raised my concerns several times during the session, but the staff kept brushing them off, insisting everything was “fine.” It was not. My nails were painful, and I couldn’t stand how they looked or felt, so I immediately went to another salon to have them removed and redone. The new technician had to be incredibly gentle because of how sore my fingers were.
