Friendly and dedicated staff. We had a pleasant mani & pedi experience. I brought my mom to do her nails, and these are the photos. What I like about this place is that they do not hard-sell their nail packages.

Worst store I have been to. One of the worker's attitudes was so unprofessional, and it was the worst attitude I have experienced in my entire life. When I wanted to change my nail color, she was literally scolding me for choosing the wrong color and used unreasonable reasons to accuse me. I will never come to this store ever again. Worst manicure experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

I went for classic gel mandi & pedi. The staff who did my pedi was rough and scrubbed my foot with might, and it hurt! She did not finish the pedi with the usual massage or moisturiser. Next, the staff who did my mandi was chatting non-stop and hurt my thumb while fixing my cuticles, causing a bleed. The bleeding did not stop even after three cleanings. Next, the mandi was done unevenly, and the color did not turn out splendidly at all. I was given a simple apology, with no discount or reimbursement. An extremely unpleasant experience. I am definitely not returning. Oh, and they do hard-sell their package, so be prepared.

I went back many times due to a package I had purchased, but I will not recommend anyone to sign their "non-expiry" package. They abruptly ceased mine and now claim the package is only valid for three years.

Three well-trained Viet staff rejuvenate your feet and nails. The process is done step-by-step and carefully. Each staff member has their own toolbox. The nail clippers are super sharp, the sharpest I've ever experienced. The staff are neat and tidy. They constantly monitor the heated water before soaking feet. The staff are polite and not pushy for other listed services. They show good customer respect.
