It was a very pleasant shopping experience. The price seemed to be on the slightly higher side, but a discount was offered for buying two or more pieces. Sales associate Mia was very helpful and had a good service attitude. I will definitely shop with Recoil again.

The entire team at this location is superb: friendly, helpful, and so personable. It was truly a delight to "yak yak" with the staff while laughing the entire time. I will revisit, even just to say hello.

I am visiting from Sydney, Australia. I stumbled across this store in the Bugis Markets. Highly recommended for their premium shirts.

This is the second time visiting. What was disappointing is that a certain employee, Winnie, did not offer a brand new set and instead chose to deceive me with a display set. This has occurred twice, and even after I realized, she still denied it. She sneakily made it appear brand new, which was deceiving. I believe honesty is the key to customer service, and Winnie does not seem to display that. There was also no assistance from the supervisor, despite her awareness of the situation. I hope that the overall customer experience will improve in the future.

I was asking if they had a chair as my friend was selecting a few pieces of clothing and jeans for herself and her boyfriend. Next, this XL-sized lady showed a black face and said, "No. No chair." Duh. She maintained that black face throughout, as if I owed her a million dollars. I walked to the nearby Bugis bus stop. I'd rather not spend a dime.
