Unprofessional stylist. He didn't complete my highlights at the end because he said he had a lot of customers waiting. I am also a paying customer. I waited 4 hours in the salon and only got the base colour done. My friend made an appointment for us one week ago. They are unprofessional and rude. Definitely not recommended. Please think twice if you are wondering whether you should visit. I won't go there anymore and won't recommend them to anyone who wants to dye their hair there. They are a bunch of scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went here hoping to get a balayage with bleach and a treatment. However, when I went in, the person attending to me did not ask me my colour preference and proceeded to do the treatment first. He later showed me the colour board after the treatment, and to my disappointment, I could not get a bleached colour. While I recognise I could have told him I wanted to bleach my hair, as a professional, he should have consulted me on my preferences and if it would even be suitable for me. However, I appreciate their honesty in telling me that bleaching would ruin the treatment and I should come back a month later. No other compensation, however.

This salon is traumatizing. I sat down for a haircut with a hairstylist from China. In case you need to stay away, she's blonde with short hair. Midway through the haircut, I noticed she thinned my hair quite a lot, so I started expressing concern. She immediately yelled at me and said there was absolutely nothing wrong. I am not exaggerating when I say she yelled. She was shouting at me for asking questions about my hair, because she felt that my questions showed I didn't trust her. Even if that was how she felt, she had no right to shout and scream at a customer.
In the end, I paid for a haircut that I was extremely unhappy with and went to Juno Hair next door to get it fixed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TRAUMA FROM A HAIRCUT
