Errant Vietnamese merchants trying to make a quick buck. I bought a "brand new" top from them which was torn. I tried to ask for an exchange, but the seller insisted I tore it. Ridiculous. Take your inferior goods and unscrupulous ethics elsewhere and stop cheating your customers.
