The staff member I had was very rough while removing the gel from my nails, and it hurt my fingers a few times. The UV light was also very hot until I told her a few times, then she changed it. The workmanship was poor, as the gel or mirror effect was so thin that my finger was visible through it. Some of my nails also became wavy! (Please note: this has never happened before.) Eventually, another nice staff member came and helped, and tried very hard to rectify the issues caused by the first staff member's rough and poor workmanship and attitude problem.

The lash extensions were not done properly. This was not professional, as despite taking care of my lashes, they already started dropping very quickly. Anyway, isn't it normal to get a standard touch-up within 2-3 days after the lashes are done? Totally not worth the money at all. Not even a week after they were done, nearly half of them were gone!

Good and fast service. They managed to do both my hands and feet in just 1 hour 15 minutes. What I liked about this shop is that they do not try to upsell additional services or packages; they just concentrate on doing what you wanted. However, I usually do not get complicated designs for my pedicure and manicure, and just use their matte colors. They also accept reservations. It's a small shop, but it offers simple and good service.

Here's the edited review: * Very good experience here. * I’m a regular customer and I’ve been here so many times, and they never disappoint me! * A variety of nail colors to choose from. * She does your nails very gently, without pain. * Speaks very politely. * Affordable price. * Cute designs too. * I recommend y'all to come here to get your nails done, even though this place is small and sometimes only has one worker, so you must wait. * Nevertheless, the service is what matters, and it is really good!
