A horrible and rude employee. Greeted customers, insulting them in Vietnamese to other employees. Luckily, I have a friend who understands Vietnamese. This is the lady's picture. If the boss is seeing this, I expect you to address this internally because this lady denied all the insults after my friend confronted her. A super rude employee. 1/10, DO NOT recommend. Come here if you wish for these people to insult you in Vietnamese :)

First time getting nails done at Bugis Street, and it turned out so well. Cost was discussed upfront when I showed her the design I wanted, and it was reasonable. My nails were done by Kate. She is very efficient and talented, and the design came out exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend! And no, I wasn't paid to leave this review; I was simply shocked at how good it came out.

One of the worst places I have had my nails done. Staff were very nice at the beginning, but it went downhill from there. I asked to fix my nails, and there was a lot of scoffing and eye-rolling. Staff cut the cuticles so deep, they were bleeding. When I said it's painful, she said, "Don't move, relax." How do I relax when she kept cutting me? I told her the shape of the nails wasn't even, and she kept saying she would fix them at the end, but then said, "Oh, cannot, already dried... Must tell just now, ya." I opted for two French tips. They were badly done, and I was still charged $10 for them. Suddenly, at the end, they added charges for nail polish removal. I paid $140 for shitty service and mediocre nails.

Nicole did an amazing job, and the nails turned out perfect. She was extremely nice, and I loved talking to her. Everything came out exactly as I wanted, and I would recommend to everyone. Loved it so much!

I was recommended to this place by my friend, and they did not disappoint! My nail technician, Kara, did an AMAZING job replicating my inspiration photo (the first photo). Honestly, it's affordable and the best nail salon in Bugis Street! Also, all the staff are super friendly and will do their best to make sure you’re comfortable. I will be coming back for sure!
