Most of them do not converse in English, except for one. Service is definitely not great. Skills are mediocre. Attitude: -1/10.

Please be wary of this shop! This shop is totally unreliable. Shop assistants will go all out to push customers into getting more add-ons, even without their consent, especially when the customer doesn't understand, and they simply proceed their way. The way they do business is no different from that of scammers. Please go up to Level 3 for more choices and trustworthy salons. I can't believe such salons exist in Singapore. Really shameful! Do not patronize.

Service is really bad. Barely any of them speak English and are very rough when filing your nails. Do not recommend.

Here's the edited review: 1) They charged me $80, which included a $15 manicure, but the manicure was not done properly (specifically, they did not cut my cuticles). 2) I showed them the design even before entering the shop, and the person in charge said it could be done. However, I ended up waiting and sitting for close to 30 minutes. The first person who served me gave up on the design once I showed it to her and immediately told me a second person would serve me. The second person started, but halfway through, she didn't know how to blend the red colors with the white base. This was totally unprofessional, as she kept using her fingers to blend the colors. When I asked her which colors best matched the reference picture I provided, she replied, "You choose anything you want, you see." She then gave up on blending the red color and asked a colleague (the third person) to help. I had to wait for this third person for about 10-15 minutes while she finished with a previous customer. During this time, two other staff members were free and not doing anything. They just let me sit there for 30 minutes, watching other staff attend to other customers. 3) I don't know if I'm being overly sensitive, but they kept looking at my design and talking to each other in Vietnamese. I felt like perhaps the design I chose was too challenging for them. However, if they were incapable of doing the design, they shouldn't have asked me to enter their shop and guaranteed me that it was doable, especially when they still charged me such a high price despite the lack of quality. 4) They did not even finish the procedure properly. They did not apply nail oil at the end of the entire procedure and failed to clean my hands properly to ensure no stains were left. 5) Overall, I feel they did not take pride in their work, and the quality of the work did not match the $80 I paid.

Avoid this nail salon at all costs, unless you really have the luxury of time! Took 5 hours just to do a simple nail art. Whereas it can be done in a couple of hours or 3 hours max at most nail salons!!!

My friend and I chose the pedicure spa service, and there was nothing relaxing about it. The staff did not thoroughly scrub our soles, did not cut our cuticles or nails, and did not massage at all. Not worth the money!! Please do not use their service, as you will be extremely disappointed.

I have got to say, I am really disappointed with the service here. I have been visiting this nail salon for close to a year, and everything was always okay considering the affordable price and long-lasting nails. However, things changed after my last visit. My nails started to hurt really badly, and to my surprise, I found that it was a fungal infection. I quickly went to remove my nail extensions (which the shop did for free) and found that my entire nail had turned yellow. A few days later, I found that my whole nail had been lifted, so I contacted the shop. To my surprise, the shop asked me to do extensions again and just apply medicine. I am genuinely shocked that putting extensions on again is even an option, considering how bad my nail condition is now.

I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. My nails came out nothing like the reference picture, and a brush hair was spotted underneath the top coat. I only noticed the huge differences and the hair when I got home, where I had better lighting. I went back to the shop two days later to get them redone, but I was brushed off by the staff. She was quick to her defense and pretended not to see the strand of hair. She also insisted that I pay them if I wanted them to touch up or redo my affected nails. I was unable to contact their boss; I tried calling and messaging, but to no avail. I was disappointed with the poor customer service and skills! I paid $108 for a gel manicure and pedicure; patronize at your own risk. At this price point, I believe you can get better quality nails elsewhere. **Attached: reference picture (pic 1) and the outcome (pics 2 & 3)**

A super shady place. Service wasn't too good. I had a gel manicure, and the service took less than 20 minutes, which was very sketchy. I think the pace of service is quite inconsistent; I overheard another customer beside me telling her stylist to hurry up. She was also getting a gel manicure, but hers was slow. My cuticles weren't cut properly, and it felt very hastily done. I wish the stylist had warned me that the colour would be sheer, but that's on me for not asking. I also wasn't aware that having a cat-eye design would raise the price from $23 to $45. This should have been stated on their price list outside the shop. The colour selection is pretty mid too. There are so many better affordable nail options at Bugis; this one isn't it.
