Supposedly, my iPhone 7+ was here for glass repair. And guess what? This shop CHANGED THE WHOLE LCD with a FAKE ONE! I checked with four other shops. There's no way changing glass takes 30 minutes. IT TAKES A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS. Taking advantage of tourist innocence to scam them! WOW, GOOD JOB. Remember the Lemon Law, do you? I asked for the wreckage of my original iPhone 7+ glass, and he said he threw it out in an hour, lol. Just say you changed the whole thing and return me my original LCD, la. It's that simple. I'm not demanding my money back. I'M DEMANDING MY ORIGINAL WRECKAGE, AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SHOW IT! 😂

Got my Samsung A70 LCD replaced. The fingerprint scanner was immediately working far worse than the original. Five weeks later, the screen stopped working entirely. So I paid half the original price of the phone to extend its life by 5 weeks :(

The worker, co-owner, and owner were really helpful and friendly. I dropped the back of my phone case and cracked my camera and the back case a while ago, and I didn't have a lot of money to repair it, as it would cost a lot. So, I didn't repair it for a good six months, but one day my friend recommended I go there, as it was cheaper, faster, friendlier, and I could even get to see the repair in action. They get it done in 30 minutes or even less. This transparency ensured my peace of mind. I will definitely recommend it to other users. I've had a pleasant experience there, and if I ever have any issues with my phone, I will always know where to go. 5 stars, well done.

I was desperate for a quick repair as I couldn’t turn on my phone screen, and I needed my phone for work. Fast and efficient service! My Oppo R9 LCD was fixed at a very reasonable price, and it took less than an hour! I came back a few days later due to some defects, which I believe were the manufacturer's fault, but the staff instantly replaced the part for me without any fees! I was pretty helpless with my iPhone 6s's cracked screen (blacked-out LCD) and decided to try my luck at repair shops at Bugis Street. I came across a huge banner with "INSTANT REPAIR" and decided to check them out immediately. The friendly technician performed a FREE diagnosis on my phone, and they offered a reasonable price to fix my phone's LCD screen. The best part was: all of these procedures were done within 30 minutes. Yes, I was blown away and really impressed by their swift, friendly, and efficient service. Kudos to the guys for fixing my phone and living up to the name of "INSTANT REPAIR SG" ;) I highly recommend getting your phone fixed by them too! 👍🏻

I'm a tourist, and someone bumped into me while I was checking directions on where to go. My phone flew and fell to the floor, cracking the screen. It turned out it also messed up the LCD. It wasn't responding, showing only a black screen with glitching lines. I was literally in tears. In an era where phones are so important, I was without one. I was walking around Bugis when I saw this store. The kind sir had it checked (free), and the price was half of what another store was offering. He also told me to come back for it in 30 minutes, and I now have it with me without any issues.
