She's patient, and her expertise never fails, from suitable nail shapes and designs to painlessly removing ingrowns. You're definitely in good hands when you're with her💅🏼 All the staff there are really friendly, and the rates are very affordable too!

I've been getting my nails done here for a couple of years; usually, I just opt for a single color. This time, I decided to have something different, and they were nice enough to accommodate. However, it turned out to be a lousy job. The first time they did them, the top layer wasn't even covered fully, and they finished by rubbing oil on the surface. So, I nicely asked them why there were circles all around and it wasn't fully covered. They said it was hard to see due to lighting issues, so they offered to redo the nails. And guess what? They just painted over it! Obviously, there was oil on the surface, and it would form more uneven spots. So I then asked them why even more circles had formed. The lady replied, "Because you said it wasn't fully covered, I covered it, which is why more circles formed." They then proceeded to remove everything and redo them. The photo shows the result of the second attempt. The first time, they put base, color, hard gel, top coat, then powder for a mirror effect. After they removed it, they decided to just paint the base, top coat, and powder. No more color or hard gel. You can see it was painted unevenly, and even my cuticles weren't cleaned properly. The funniest thing is when I was complaining, another lady was trying to sell me a package. I was already angry with the unpleasant nails, yet she kept trying to upsell me. I appreciated their effort in redoing, so I just paid and left, but it was still the most unsatisfying experience. Not to mention, after one week, it chipped, and I decided to remove them and do them myself. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this was really unpleasant, and the way they resolved the issue was by placing blame. My take is that you should only go to them for simple colors. Definitely nothing more.
