My girlfriend and I visited last Sunday for a nail appointment, and the work was wonderful. The personnel is also extremely kind and provides fantastic service.

I went for a pedicure and chose the colour. The colour was drying out in the bottle, and the Vietnamese staff added some fluid. The full pedicure and her scrub lasted less than two minutes. I had a very bad experience previously, especially with nail extensions. I will never make the mistake of going there again.

I signed a package with them and was told to top up $100 to use it in Jan (as it's the month of CNY, most manicure shops wouldn't allow customers to use package to pay), but since she said there was such a promotion, I took it. I came back again in Jan to do so, but was told by the manager that there is no such thing and was asked to pay as normal with no discount. I told her to check the card which recorded the details, and she then tapped the sentence which validated my use of the package for January before passing it to me to see. I told her to call her staff who told me this promotion, as she was on leave, and she claimed that she doesn't have her staff number. Disappointed with their management. I believe that if it was their own staff's fault, they should bear the consequences instead of asking their customers to bear it.

I came in for eyebrow threading, and I don't recommend it at all. $12 is too expensive for the service. First of all, the person doing it doesn't have the technique, and what's more, they use tweezers rather than thread. In fact, if you want beautiful, well-defined eyebrows, don't go there. I'm very disappointed.

They've actually been around for longer than stated on Google, and I've been loyal to them for 8 years. ❤️ I started coming when I was 16, and the manager, Candy, is the sweetest, kindest, and nicest person. This isn't a fancy nail salon, but it's a warm and friendly environment where the staff are genuine and nice, and the prices are very reasonable. They are professional and know their work, and they won't hesitate to help in any way they can. I highly recommend 💯
