SUPERVISOR

Job description：

Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training manicurist.

Managing manicurist's work schedules.

Need to assist the manicurist to provide high-quality nail care services for customers , including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application when the manicurist is too busy

Ensure that all nail care services are performed in a safe and sanitary manner.

Prepare nails for services, including cleaning and disinfecting.

Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injury to yourself and others.

Monitoring the shop cash flow and settling outstanding bills.

Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Ensure that all clients leave the salon feeling satisfied and relaxed.

Requirments:

Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

At least 2-3years relavant working experience

Able to work on Weekends and PH
