BREWGRILLZ is a steakhouse and craft bar concept in Singapore, known for sizzling steaks, authentic Italian-style pizzas, pasta bowls, signature bites, craft beers, premium wines and a curated selection of drinks. A brand-new outlet at the vibrant Bugis Street, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team!

Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bugis Street, Singapore
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of service and kitchen staff
• Ensure excellent guest experience through high service standards
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control
• Handle reservations, guest feedback, and front-of-house operations
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure compliance with NEA, safety, and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, hands-on, and customer-focused personality
• Familiarity with Western cuisine and bar operations a bonus
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as needed
